She has also been directing documentaries that study the arts of the body, human behavior and culture. She started drawing at a very young age, began art school still as a child and, in her teenage years, came in contact with the 35 mm Pentax camera that her father used to register family moments. She began her career as an analog photography laboratory technician and moved on to self-portraits, experiments, pinhole and alternative techniques. She went to photography schools and took many classes on alternative media for photography, art history and aesthetics. Her works have been featured in São Paulo, Belém and New York. She has been developing personal projects with artists, doing commissioned work and has, most recently, been developing a project/article about Brazilian women artists living abroad.
